GAPS Cinnamon Cookies

 GAPS Cinnamon Cookies are a soft chewy cookies full of flavor and gut healthy goodness.  They make a great school snack to pack in the lunch kit.  A tasty treat that also packs in some good nutrition too.  

You can make these cookies with Acorn Squash or Sweet Potato. 

These cookies are also SCD, AIP and Low Histamine complaint.  They are also egg and nut free.
