Is Going Vegetarian or Vegan Right For Your Family?


It’s Friday and that means it is weekly round up time.  A post where I share some of the info that I think is top notch from around the web. This week is about the great debate over vegetarian and vegan diets versus an ominvore diet.

I mean no disrespect to my vegetarian and vegan friends and family with this week’s Weekly Round Up!  Just to get that out of the way😊. But, I get asked the question about a purely plant based diet a lot.  Clients and people who know what I do ask me all the time for my opinion on going vegetarian or vegan.  This week’s Weekly Round Up article does a superb job of explaining how I feel!  And since time is short enough in my life, I figure rather than re-inventing the wheel here, I will simply share Chris Kresser’s words of wisdom on the subject. I think these arguments are all especially true for our growing children.

I post this with no judgement for those who chose this lifestyle for ethical reasons but I have to share what I believe is true and best for our health in the long run.
