School Snack Series Episode 1 – Berry Blast Energy Balls

by | Jun 20, 2018 | Blog post, Recipe | 2 comments

Here is the video for our first episode of the School Snack Series. A live Facebook series that will air each Thursday afternoon.

This one is for my Berry Blast Energy Balls.

These little balls are full of nutrients like vitamin C, fiber, antioxidants, healthy fats and even protein. With just the right touch of sweetness from dates your kids will be thrilled to find these in their lunch box!  They are gluten free, dairy free and grain free.  All ingredients are GAPS diet compliant, Paleo and of course whole foods! You can adjust sweetness to suit the taste of your child.  For those just making the transition to whole foods you may find you need to sweeten it up a little bit at first and then begin cutting back as their tastes adjust.

If you have questions feel free to post them. I would be happy to answer for you.  If you like the video give it a like and tune in for our live videos on Thursdays through out the summer at 12:00 noon MST.

I wish you had the recipe on here instead of having to watch a 20 min video. I can barely even watch a 5 min video with kids screaming I cant hear.

HI Ashely, you can for sure get a copy of the recipe rather than having to watch the video. I get it I do know how busy life is for us! Are you a member of the free community and private Facebook group? That is where you can download a copy of all the school snack series recipes.
