This week on my Weekly Round Up we are talking Trans Fats. Thought that one was over and done with didn’t you? Everyone knows that trans fats are bad, so why should you want to read any more about that passé subject?
Did you know there is such thing as naturally occurring trans fats?
Yup, that’s right trans fats are not just un-natural, man made concoctions made in a lab and passed off as food! Here is an even bigger surprise…some of them might be good for our kid’s health. They support intestinal health, improve inflammation, help regulate blood sugar and lots of other good stuff that we want happening when we are trying to improve our children’s health!
But, of course the source of those trans-fats is everything!
